Britney Spears surprised fans last week when she showed up at KIIS Los Angeles to play a new song, "Mona Lisa." During the Dec. 30 appearance, she also told the top 40 station's listeners that she will have a new album out this summer.

A Jive spokesperson tells Billboard "no album is scheduled at the moment" but acknowledged "Britney is in the studio working on some material." There are no plans to service "Mona Lisa" to radio.

This marks quite a switch from the November 2004 letter on Spears' Web site, in which she extolled the virtues of domesticity and her desire to take time off to spend with new husband, Kevin Federline. Thanks britneyexperts.com

Someone please stop her. Why does Britney Spears feel like she needs to post a letter on her website every week? Well, this week the singer has again forgotten to do her homework and has pissed off her music video director Billie Woodruff. "He was very hurt by her statements," says a close friend, "She has called him several times since the posting but he does not want to speak with her." In her latest letter Britney writes, "I just shot a cute video for 'Do Something' that I co-directed. After doing about 20 videos, it gets kind of boring playing the same role, so I chose to work with a young, hungry, director Bille Woodruff." Billie Woodruff is not a hungry director by any means. He has directed videos for OutKast, Backstreet Boys, TLC, and many Toni Braxton videos including, "Un-Break My Heart." The director was also behind the movie, Honey, starring Jennifer Alba. Britney Donates Money To Tsunami Victims

Pop Princess Britney Spears is added to the list of Hollywood Celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Paulina Rubio and Sandra Bullock who have donated part of their incomes to help the victims of the Tsunami in Asia.

In Hong Kong, entertainers have also come together in aid of the tsunami victims. A concert will be held Friday to raise funds for the tsunami survivors. Currently, the Hong Kong Performing Arts Guild is recording a Chinese version of 'We Are the World' for the show, produced by songwriters Jonathan Lee and Anthony Lun.

Former Mickey Mouse Musketeer Britney Spears donated $400,000 to the survivors of this catastrophe and to help regions devastated by the Tsunamis.

''I can feel the helplessness of the people hit by earthquakes. I can feel the warmth they feel and the gratitude they want to express when they are given donations. We are public figures and should lead society in donating''- She says.

Britney's Kid Sister To Star In Her Own TV Show

She's been surrounded by celebrity just about all of her life, but Jamie Lynn Spears would have you believe she's just another Louisiana teenager blown away by the fact she gets to travel to Los Angeles from time to time to make TV shows, where they sometimes let her keep the clothes she wears on set.

But then Britney Spears' kid sister, still disarmingly polite and kid-like at 13, makes a pretty good case for her innocence when she recounts her reaction to learning she would be starring in her own TV show this year.

"I thought, 'Oh my gosh, that would be so cool!'" she recalls thinking when veteran TV producer Dan Schneider told her one day over lunch that he wanted to take her out of the ensemble cast of the children's variety show "All That" and put her in the spotlight.

"So we started talking about stuff and we came up with all of these - all of these ideas - and he wrote something," says Spears, still sounding fascinated by the process.

The result, "Zoey 101," debuts Sunday at 8 p.m. on the Nickelodeon children's network. The sitcom stars Spears as Zoey Brooks, a student at Pacific Coast Academy, a campus that until her arrival and that of a handful of other girls had been an exclusive all-boys boarding school.

Zoey, not to be intimidated by her swaggering, macho 13-year-old male counterparts, quickly begins to take charge, something Spears herself doubts she would be as eager to do in real life.

"Zoey's kind of like a leader," she reflects. "I guess I could say I lead in some ways, but Zoey is so good at that. I'm a little more shy than Zoey, I'd say."

The two are alike in some ways, adds Spears, whose Southern accent is far more noticeable in conversation than Zoey's is in front of the camera. Like Zoey, pink is her favorite color, and she loves wearing the same clothes as her character.

"All her clothes, I'm like, 'Can I have 'em?" she says, laughing.

The youngest Spears has never been far from show business. By the time she was walking, Britney Spears had made her debut on TV's "The New Mickey Mouse Club." She was just 8 when Britney's first album came out in 1999.

As for her shyness, if it's born out of being the youngest of three children, Spears insists she wouldn't have it any other way.

"I was always mom and daddy's little baby," she giggles. "I was spoiled the most."

After going through what she calls her "tomboy stage," she became interested in acting and began appearing in local plays. Her mother, seeing the interest, helped her land a commercial and a small role in her sister's film "Crossroads."

Then Nickelodeon came calling, asking her to audition for "All That," the long-running variety show that, like "Saturday Night Live," changes ensemble casts every few years. Its alumni include Amanda Bynes and Nick Cannon, who went on to star in films and their own TV shows, as well as "Fat Albert" star Kenan Thompson, who is also in the current cast of NBC's "Saturday Night Live."

Schneider, the executive producer of "All That," says it took only two seasons for Spears to become the show's breakout star.

She had won her spot in the cast when, as a gangly 11-year-old, she did an over-the-top impression of an 84-year-old bodyguard who pitches people out of windows and attacks them with leaf blowers. She had based the character on her great-grandmother.

"Based on her audition, I would have added her to the cast of 'All That' even if she had not been a Spears," says Schneider, adding the secret to her success both as an actress and a person seems to rest in the fact she doesn't realize she's beautiful, famous and talented.

"The net result is you have this real girl talking to you, sort of like the girl next door," he says.

"Zoey 101," meanwhile, marks the first time Schneider has gone on location to film a TV show. It takes place at Pepperdine University, and the Malibu campus, with its palm trees and stunning hilltop views of the sun-dappled Pacific Ocean, dominates the show almost as much Spears' Zoey does.

The Kentwood, La., teenager has taken advantage of that, ferrying some of her school chums to California to visit the set.

"They just love the show," she says. "They pick on me, of course. They say (in a teasing voice), "Ah ha, ha, you're so funny,' and like that, because that's what friends do. But they love whenever I go to L.A. to do the show because they get to come up and visit and they get to be extras in the background."

Her sister also got involved in putting the show together, writing its theme song, "Follow Me," which the younger Spears sings.

"Yes sir, she wrote it and I changed a few little words here and there. But she helped me a lot," says Spears, who bears a striking resemblance to her 23-year-old sister. She doesn't know yet if Britney will make a guest appearance on the show, but adds it would be "really cool" if she did.

As for her own future, the youngest Spears (she also has an older brother) is hoping "Zoey" does well enough to stay on the air for a few seasons. After that she'd like to look into making movies and attending college.

"I want to go to Louisiana State University. If I can," she says shyly.

What she'll study is still up in the air.

"Oh, goodness, I don't know," she says, momentarily flustered. "I just want to go to college. When I get older, I'll start thinking what I want to do." thanks britneyexperts.com

Britney Spears would like to "rephrase."Less than three months after announcing she was taking a break from her tabloid-tracked career, the pop star says what she meant was she was "taking a break from being told what to do."In other words: Although she never really went away, she's back anyway.Per the letter posted Monday on her Website, Spears has been a regular multitasking multihyphenate. In recent weeks, the non-retiring entertainer:

* Codirected "a cute video" for "Do Somethin'," an original track off her greatest-hits collection.
* "Came up with all the choreography and styled the entire [video] shoot myself using Juicy Couture clothing."
* Butted heads with her record label over the clip. ("But, in the end, I think everything came out great.")

Spears' thorough accounting of her activities had to be cut short, she wrote, because she needed to tend to Lacy, yet another dog from her kennel, "who has been sick for a little while" and requires medicine.

There was no mention of Kevin Federline, the dog--sorry, the onetime backup dancer whom she wed last fall.

While Spears did not gush about her husband, there's no indication she has lost faith in the fedora-wearing red-carpet accessory. Quite the contrary.

The New York Daily News reported Wednesday that Spears has signed with a new manager with an eye not just toward her career but Federline's, as well. Spears wants to help Federline become a hip-hop star, a source tells the paper.

Spears, who turned 22 on Dec. 2, confirmed her ambition to become more "hands on" with the "business side of things" in her Web missive.

"The things I've been doing for work lately have been so much fun, because it's not like work to me anymore," she wrote, adding that enjoying one's work is the way of all "True Masters."

On the work side of things, as Spears might put it, she is already beginning to hype her latest new album, The Original Doll (working title).

On the Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM last week, Spears played a rough mix of a new song called "Mona Lisa," and said the complete CD might be ready for release by summer.

Fragrances launched by Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have been battling for customers - and it appears Britney is the winner.

The 23-year-old pop star's scent "kicked Paris Hilton's butt," a source told the New York Post.

Last year Britney launched her scent, Curious, in a deal with Elizabeth Arden while Paris also signed a deal to launch her fragrance, Paris, with a company called Parlux.

Hilton is said to be "extremely upset" at the poor sales.

Britney Spears has decided to clarify a few things about her self-imposed break from her hectic work schedule. In a letter posted on her website. Monday (January 3), Spears writes: "I think I should rephrase myself from my previous letters when I was talking about taking a 'break.' What I meant was I am taking a break from being told what to do." Spears went on to say that the work she's been doing lately is so much fun it doesn't seem like work at all and that she loves having more control over her life.

In November, Spears posted a letter on her website which said, quote, "I don't think I'll do a tour for another couple of years." She added that her new priorities were herself, her husband Kevin, and starting a family. Her "retirement" came into question after she announced on a Los Angeles radio station that she was working on a new album.

Spears said she recently co-directed and choreographed a new music video for the song "Do Something." She also styled the shoot using Juicy Couture clothing and proudly noted that the entire video was shot in only five hours. The song is from her current album, Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. Spears did not say when it would premiere.

Being behind the camera was such a thrill for Spears that she's started writing a musical play about show business--appropriately titled Hollywood.

Spears closed her letter by mentioning she has a new dog named "Lucky" that shares a room in her home with her doggie pal "Bit Bit."

Britney Spears has explained why there is talk circulating about a forthcoming album when she had previously said that she would be taking some time off.

When Britney said in November that she would not be touring for a couple of years and a spokesperson announced that "Britney is going to disappear from the spotlight for a few years and come back almost unrecognisable," people may have jumped to the conclusion that she would not be working for a couple of years.

Despite her recent announcement that she would be "taking some time off," Britney Spears is in the early stages of work on a new album, tentatively titled The Original Doll.

During a surprise appearance at Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM last Thursday, the singer previewed a rough mix of a new track, "Mona Lisa," recorded while Spears was on her Onyx Hotel tour. The song begins with the lyrics, "Ladies and gentlemen, I've got a story to tell/About Mona Lisa, and how she suddenly fell/ See, everyone knew her, they knew her so well/Now I am taking over to release her from her spell."

A cautionary tale, "Mona Lisa" goes on to warn against having a "breakdown": "You will hit the freakin' wall." Spears announced her need for a break from the business last October in a letter on her Web site. "I understand now what they mean when they talk about child stars," she wrote. "Going and going and going is all I've ever known since I was fifteen years old."

Yesterday, the pop star posted a New Year's letter to her fans on the site explaining her reversal: "What I meant was I am taking a break from being told what to do . . . I've been even more 'hands on' in my management and the business side of things, and I feel more in control than ever."

It looks like newlywed Britney Spears Federline - who abruptly parted ways with longtime manager Larry Rudolph three months ago - has finally found a replacement.
Lowdown hears it's none other than Rudolph's one-time right-hand man, Dan Dymtrow.

The 29-year-old Dymtrow, who's said to be close to Britney's older brother, Bryan, had apprenticed under Rudolph at his management company, ReignDeer Entertainment, until last October.

That was when the songbird flew the coop - and Dymtrow apparently followed.

Yesterday, Rudolph told Lowdown, "I have nothing to say, because I know nothing about it. I have no comment, none whatsoever." Spear's rep did not return calls for comment, and Dymtrow did not respond to detailed E-mails.

A Lowdown spy reports: "Dan was the one who helped Larry with the day-to-day stuff, and he just left him behind his back, moved out to L.A., and is now Brit's manager."

The spy added: "Obviously, there was no loyalty. Dan started with Larry as an intern. Larry groomed him, and Dan ruined him."

Why replace Rudolph with his hipper protιgι?

Word is that the 23-year-old Britney is eager to remake her second husband, former backup dancer husband Kevin Federline, into a hip-hop star.

"Brit wants him to come out as a rapper - she says he can flow," laughed the spy. "There's no way he can flow! He's no Vanilla Ice."

Just this week, Lowdown hears, Britney has been in New York finalizing a deal on the clothing line she's starting with the 26-year-old Federline, who left his pregnant girlfriend, Shar Jackson, now the mother of their two children, for the scantily clad pop tart last summer.

"I think I should rephrase myself from my previous letters when I was talking about taking a 'break,' " Spears wrote, referring to letters posted October 15 and November 4 (see "Britney Spears Announces She's Taking A Break From Her Career" and "Britney, Back From Honeymoon, Posts Another Letter"). "What I meant was I am taking a break from being told what to do. ... It's cool when you look at someone and don't know whether they are at work or play since it's all the same to them. The things I've been doing for work lately have been so much fun, because it's not like work to me anymore. I've been even more 'hands on' in my management and the business side of things, and I feel more in control than ever."

Part of that sense of control, she said, comes from fighting her record label to commission a video for "Do Somethin'," one of the new tracks on her recent career retrospective, Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. Ultimately she won, but she said she was "a little disappointed" that she had to convince her label "that making this video was the right thing to do at this time" (at this time, the clip is slated to air only in overseas markets).

Though she didn't disclose the concept for the "Do Somethin' " video, she described the clip as "cute." She might have also described it as hectic — since it was shot "in a record-breaking five hours." That wasn't the only pressure added, though. Spears played multiple behind-the-scenes roles co-directing, handling styling and arranging dance steps. Her directing partner was Bille Woodruff, whom she described as "young" and "hungry," despite the fact that his credits include the forthcoming film "Beauty Shop" as well as 2003's "Honey" and a long list of music videos including Nelly's "Hot in Herre," Fat Joe featuring Ashanti's "What's Luv?" and R. Kelly's "The World's Greatest," as well as Spears' own "Born to Make You Happy."

"He had no ego whatsoever, and the whole process was just so much fun," she wrote. "I even came up with all the choreography and styled the entire shoot myself using Juicy Couture clothing. ... I think everything came out great."

Most importantly, she said, co-directing the video gave her a taste for working behind the scenes, which she said she now hopes to do more of "in the near future." That's why she's been writing a musical that she'd like to also direct, called "Hollywood," which "makes fun of the whole Hollywood scene."

"After doing about 20 videos, it gets kind of boring playing the same role," she wrote. "I feel like being behind the camera is sometimes more satisfying than being in front of it."

The singer has unofficially started work on her next album, even though she insisted late last year (04) she was taking time off to enjoy married life.

And she's so impressed with one new song, MONA LISA, which she says is dedicated to "all the legends and icons out there", she couldn't wait to play it to fans. So she teamed up with Los Angeles' KIIS FM (corr) for the treat.

Facts are starting to leak out about what is going on with Britney's career with the shocking release of a new song, "Mona Lisa," on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. After hype of a much anticipated new album from Britney a Jive Records spokesperson confirmed that Britney is indeed in the "very early" stages of working on an album. A new album that Britney said she is hoping to release as early as this Spring. However, the spokesperson did acknowledge that the album is not on Jive's release schedule. What true die hard fans are wondering about is the contract! Fans were believed that the contract with Britney was completed with the "Greatest Hits" album, however, rumors of the 4 album contract could have been wrong. The song played on KIIS FM was a rough mix and still and may not be the complete song when it is released.

New Britney Corner

Dear Fans,
A new year is starting and I have so many resolutions. If only I could convince myself to stick to them!

My Christmas was wonderful and I had such a great break. I think I should rephrase myself from my previous letters when I was talking about taking a "break." What I meant was I am taking a break from being told what to do. True Masters say it’s cool when you look at someone and don’t know whether they are at work or play since it’s all the same to them. The things I’ve been doing for work lately have been so much fun, because it’s not like work to me anymore. I’ve been even more "hands on" in my management and the business side of things and I feel more in control than ever.

I just shot a cute video for "Do Something" that I co-directed. After doing about 20 videos, it gets kind of boring playing the same role, so I chose to work with a young, hungry, director Bille Woodruff. He had no ego whatsoever and the whole process was just so much fun. Oh, his dog was just adorable too.

As much fun as I had, I have to say I was a little disappointed that I still had to convince my record label that making this video was the right thing to do at this time. But, in the end, I think everything came out great. We shot the entire video in a record breaking 5 hours. I even came up with all the choreography and styled the entire shoot myself using Juicy Couture clothing.

Co-directing this video was like an experimental project for me. I feel like being behind the camera is sometimes more satisfying than being in front of it. Working on this video was my first taste into behind the scenes work which I am excited about doing more of in the near future. When a woman directs, I think it just alters the entire feel of the movie, production or play in such a positive way. Speaking of, I’ve been working on writing and hopefully eventually directing a musical which makes fun of the whole Hollywood scene, which is appropriately titled "Hollywood".

On a different note, I have a new dog named Lucky and I just bought her a new dresser for her room. Yes, she has a room, which she shares with Bit Bit. For Christmas, they got a baby chandelier to go in it. It’s the cutest thing in the world!

I have to go now because my other dog, Lacy, has been sick for a little while and I need to go give her medicine.

As of yet, JIVE RECORDS have not confirmed any single release, or video filming, however, when MTV confirms something its usually true, and personally i beleive that Do Somethin will be a single with video as MTV and People online comfirmed it, also TRL UK have confirmed a video premier on Friday...

As of Mona Lisa or Breathe On Me becoming singles, all we have to go by is word of mouth, well word of internet, so i dont beleive anything as of yet, although super video treatments have begon circulating the net, nothing has been confirmed, and the TRL confirmation of Mona Lisa seems fake, as yesterday was Sunday, and TRL isnt on a Sunday, and if it was confirmed Friday, its impossible as the world didnt no what the heck Mona Lisa was.... All i can assume is a typo and that it was confirmed on Uk TRL, but i highly doubt this, all i can say is stick around for some official confirmation, we are just bringing you all the news....

TRL Confirmed Mona Lisa's Video Concept

Yesterday, TRL confirmed the concept of Monalisa's video. It seems to be a video that happens after Everytime, like a continuation. Did you guys remember that Britney almost die drowned on Everytime video? So... in Monalisa, Britney wakes up in a dark room, open the door of this room and start looking for her boyfriend's body in hospital rooms. Suddenly lights up and Britney seems to be afraid and nervous, still looking for her boyfriend's body, she find it. Then, she take his body to a church, where is was happen a burial. Britney starts to make a marriage with her boyfriend. Suddenly a dead Britney wakes up, a dark smoke comes to the church and the dead Britney takes the other Britney place and marries her boyfriend. Then a church choir starts singing and the smoke ends up completely. The sun shines on this scene and upon the coffin a picture of Britney and her fiancι appears.

Some rumors are saying that Britney will wear a black dress, leading a bunch of nuns who all had black veils, some were carrying candles. Britney would be also carrying a rosary.

All I can say is that it looks so different. Controversal as Everytime, but deep as nothing that Britney has done before... So guys, tell me what you though about it!

Detailed Mona Lisa Video Treatment [RUMOR]

The video, according to the e-mail that is making rounds in e-group chains, starts with a close-up of a painting. The painting is a princess, with a crown, a scepter, and a beautiful gown. The princess in the painting, ironically, though, neither smiles nor frowns, just like the Mona Lisa painting. After which we realize that we are inside a castle, and then suddenly a door opens and that exact same princess in the painting is seen sitting on her bed crying. The weird thing is that the face of the princess is never shown. Suddenly, a man enters the room and that takes the princess by surprise.

Then comes the "ladies and gentlemen, I've got a story to tell.." Britney is wearing a black gown. She is inside a forest looking through a muddy pond which then opens up and brings us back into the castle. A struggle happens inside the room. Suddenly we see the princess being chased by the man.

The chase ends up inside the same forest where a girl falls into the muddy pond. A chariot stops in front of the girl. An old man stepped down from the chariot and offers his hand to the girl. Then, out of nowhere, a bullet is shot, killing the girl. A hand is shown with the gun.

On the last part, we see Britney inside a church with a bunch of nuns. They're walking slowly towards the altar where a coffin lies. Finally, Britney looks through the coffin, and we see the blond princess is actually Britney herself. JoJo: "If you judge by the buzz in the teen magazines and general press,'' Bongiovanni said, "then JoJo keeps popping up. The real young kids are into her, but the problem with that audience is that its attention span is about 15 minutes.''

"You'd like to hope that a girl like JoJo could keep her Massachusetts and Boston roots and possibly become a pop star without a Las Vegas wedding and Mexican divorce,'' added Mullaney.

Lindsay Lohan: "It's interesting that Lindsay's 'Rumors' hung in there longer than Britney's similarly themed 'My Prerogative,' '' said Ross, possibly a sign that it's time for the, er, bustier to be passed.

"Her records have yet to become hits,'' Mullaney said, "but boy oh boy is she ready to become the next Paris Hilton. Where's the video?'' She's recently been seen with Colin Farrell, too, and when you hang out with the baddest of the bad boys . . .

"The person who can encompass most of Britney is Lindsay,'' McKenna said. "She seems to be all over the place these days, a celebrity than anything else. She's the media's darling and gets noted for who she's with as opposed to what she is actually doing with her career.

Celebrity lady-type of 2004 has to go to Britney Spears.

First she thrilled us with her Las Vegas shotgun wedding to some geezer called Jason Alexander. Then got it annulled in record time.

The whole romantic affair lasted about 55 hours.

In between wearing bad clothes, smoking and generally becoming more of a chav than Coleen McLoughlin, she released the foot-stamping Toxic which allowed us to forgive her everything.

And then along came Kevin whatshisname. A dancer who resembled Justin Timberlake, except without the manners.

Apparently, they had just 15 family members present and everyone was made to wear velour tracksuits to the after-party.

Reports said guests had to fork out for their own booze and scoff mini cheeseburgers and chicken strips which tasted like fish sticks.

Then they swanned off on their honeymoon and Britters got snapped on their hotel balcony clutching Kev’s tackle and asking him to cough.

Hi guys, im sitting here, listening to "I Cant Get No Satisfaction" and eating extremely expensive chocolate left over from christmas (which by the way i hope you had a brilliant one)...

Anyways after reading the article below called "Undercover Singer" i felt in the need to become the sobby jackass that i am and write paragraph upon paragraph of absolute jibber jabber, but i hope you enjoy it.....

I among many others can safely say they know everything about Miss (sorry) Mrs Britney Spears, but I ask you, do we really. And I also ask you, is it our business to know. Surely there is a gap when there is a certain part of us that needs to be ours, and not spread across ever tabloid in the world. I ask should 2 people have a battle about how much they know about someone, should someone judge someone they havent ever met, should someone go with the words of some journalist from some office block who is only out to make a buck or two... Should someone be able to say, i hate her, just because they dont like the way they look, or sound. After all, only a minute segmant of the 6,000,000,000 people that inhabit this earth actually know this person for who they really are.

So let me ask you do you really know all there is to know about Britney Spears, can you really make judgement apon her, can you honestly say that you are perfect, can you honestly even say that you know what perfect is. See in my mind perfect is something that has no flaws, no design faults, makes no mistakes and has the perfect body. Can you honestly say that you have the perfect body, facial features, personality, skin, voice, hair, dress sense and aura... Can you?

When i look at a picture of Britney Spears - say for example the candids from the 26th December 2004 - i dont scan the picture for "design faults" i dont look at her thinking, what was she thinking wearing that, how could she gain so much weight. Because truthly i dont think i have the right too, i cant say i have the perfect body, or dress sense, or skin, or hair, so why should i be able to critisise someone for such petty things... I dont look at someone and think, what a whore, she is showing her legs to much, or hmm shes got a chubby stomach, and think because of this she is a disgraceful person. When people say such things as these, i think they are kinda selfish, do they not think that this person has a heart, with real feelings, and with people around them that care and arent hurt by evil comments. Would you like to go to school and have everyone crowd round and pick you apart for petty things, like your clothes, because if you imagine that, it isnt nice, but Britney Spears has to put up with that pretty much every day. Sure you might say, she should make more of an effort, but they should she. She doesnt have to do anything she doesnt want to, and she should have to feel pressured into doing something just to make some people happy. The only thing she needs to do, is make herself happy. And when hundreds of people around you are shouting evil comments it makes it hard for you to focus on good things. Just because someone says something, doesnt make it true.... For a wacky example, i could say, i created the earth, and just because i have said this doesnt make it true. In a more real context, Us Weekly magazine could say Britney Spears' wedding was trashy and tastless, but because they have said this doesnt make it true...

We were given minds to think for ourselfs!

Anywayz getting back to the point, we shouldnt make someone feel as though they need to sacrafice theyre whole life just to please us, we shouldnt pressure someone to put all the effort into making thereselves look good, if they want to they can, but they shouldnt feel as though it is a complusary task...

We need to let Britney Spears have her life as hers, and her music ours, if she chooses to give us more and its on her own accord we should treasure it as a special privalegde, and not think of it as a nesassery feature. We need to respect peoples privacy, and let people live. And NOT judge people on half the facts, and not on their appearance... But on their personality. And if we are given a peice of themselves eg, music video, tour, single, we shouldnt be greedy and demand more, we should be grateful and treasure that of which we are given!

Just because the pesona given appears strong, doesnt mean the true pesona is!

I feel like i have gotten so much of my chest saying this, and i am so grateful toward Jordan for giving me the privalege of being able to express my opinion and give back to the Britney comunity.... Thanks dude.... I also in no way at all mean to pick on anyone, or upset anyone, i am just stating my opinion.

Ok, i have some things to say about this, for a start, i find it pretty offensive saying that the video for "Everytime" is "cheesey", ok, the original plot wasnt very wise, but the song being about someone who has lost there true love and cannot see whats wrong, with them feeling as though they're horrible, and saying sorry for it - with a also extremely emotional video, where the obvious plot involves someone being so upset and depressed that they are pushed right to the edge, such a serious subject cannot be "cheesy"!

"Toxic" - this is an amazing video of computer generated images and excellent planning, this video is far from cheesy, and is more an extreme peice of brilliance!

"My Prerogative" - surely cheesiest of the lot, yet still a serious video ment with full emotion and devotion towards the song!

Surely a video like, Just Lose It, or What You Waiting For is more cheesy than they are credited for.........

There was a recent poll by USA Today/CNN/Gallup Poll who asked 1,002 adults a variety of questions. Of these questions asked, one struck my mind. Of the 1,002 adults, the question of which celebrities are on the nice or naught list gave some interesting feedback. Looks like this year Britney Spears heads the list of who's "naughty," with 67% of the vote. She was joined by Janet Jackson with 64% and Paris Hilton with 63% (she also receieved a 19% of the "nice" vote.) I was so excited I turned it up full blast, lol, we got some strage looks from neighbouring cars, lol.... Americans Play Santa In New Poll

A CNN/USA Today poll asked Americans to guess where some of today's celebrities rank in Santa's standings.

Britney Spears and Janet Jackson topped the naughty list, with Paris Hilton right behind. Barry Bonds, Michael Moore, and Donald Trump also made the not-so-nice list.

On the good list, Tom Hanks and Oprah Winfrey got a ninety percent vote. Tiger Woods and Mel Gibson were also nearly unanimously voted nice, with percentages in the upper 80's.

La-la-land's zap2it website tells us "Spears' antics generated 119 stories" for the Access Hollywood celeb digest. And sausage-calved prancer's endless nonsense has serious nobbled bun-waggling Beyonce claim on the biggest column inches.

Knowlesy only managed to nab a paltry 102 stories, a surefire sign that Beyonce must - repeat, must - don the hotpants with more regularity in 2005.

Britney Tops Google's Searches for 2004

The 2004 Year-End Google Zeitgeist statement was issued Thursday. It lists the terms most frequently entered into the company's search engine over the past 12 months. And, as was the case last year, pop diva Britney Spears was the most sought-after topic. Closely following Spears was a trifecta of other golden-tressed stars: Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera and Pamela Anderson, who finished second, third and fourth, respectively.

Rounding out Google's top 10 terms were "chat," "games," "Carmen Electra," "Orlando Bloom," "Harry Potter" and "MP3."

Spears has dominated Google search for some time, though in 2002, brunettes seemed to win out via the elevation of a rival songstress, the oft-dark-haired Jennifer Lopez, who ranked as the No. 1 searched-for woman that year. “Access Hollywood” has named its “Top Ten Stars of 2004,” with Britney Spears in the No. 1 spot.

The rankings are based on the number of stories the syndicated entertainment television show aired on each star. Spears — who was married twice, canceled a summer tour because of a knee injury and released a greatest hits album — topped the list with 119 stories.

Beyoncι is in the No. 2 spot, with 102 stories, followed by Donald Trump, 94 stories; Michael Jackson, 84 stories; Tom Cruise, 72 stories; Jessica Simpson, 69 stories; Paris Hilton, 63 stories; Nicole Kidman, 62 stories; Jennifer Lopez, 54 stories; and Whitney Houston, 52 stories.

International pop idol Britney Spears has said she is looking forward to having a big concert in India, a country she loves for its wonderful people and food.

She said she "would love to" have a show in India though there are no concrete plans yet.
