Britney's ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, pleaded no contest on Friday to a hit-and-run charge after allegedly hitting a process server with his car earlier this year, according to the L.A. Times.
Because of the plea, Ghalib will have two other felony counts dismissed during his sentence scheduled for Nov. 20, according to Los Angeles County Prosecutors.
Ghalib currently faces up to a year in county jail.
Ghalib drove his car toward the victim at his Encino apartment and ran, according to district attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison.
