This time around, it's all good.
On Tuesday (Nov. 17), two-minute clips of the 11 songs off Adele's standard 25 album (out Nov. 20) landed online, so footage of her performance singing new song "Water Under The Bridge" won't be the first time hearing the song, but does mark our first time seeing the "Hello" singer performing it.
Adele performed the song inside Radio City Music Hall in New York City last night as part of a upcoming special for NBC.
"'Water Under The Bridge' is more like, I'm waiting for him to be horrible but I don't think he's going to be -- waiting for the relationship to end," Adele told Zane Lowe in an upcoming interview for Beats 1.
The song is a tribute to boyfriend Simon Konecki.
"This is the relationship now that I'm going to be in. It was quite a ground-breaking moment."
In other news, Adele is clearing the air after rumors claimed her and Beyonce had beef.
“There’s a rumor going round that I turned Beyoncé down which I would never be so disrespectful as to do,” Adele tells Beats 1. “I’d never disrespect her like that. Obviously, like, Queen Bey ’til the day I die.”
Adele continued to share the love, saying: "I love Lana Del Rey. I love her very, very much. I've never met her though but I just think she, she like stirs my soul. I love Alabama Shakes. And I think Brittany (Alabama Shakes' frontwoman Brittany Howard) is, the way I first felt when Etta James, when I first heard her."
