Britney and DJ Pauly D are besties and chat every day about the best tanning salons, hair product and the wonders of life. Or, at least every once in awhile. The Jersey Shore star turned resident Vegas DJ tells In Touch the two communicate “through text every couple of weeks.”

Pauly actually talks to her about “music and what she’s been up to.”

“She’s all about her kids, music and her next upcoming project in Las Vegas,” he continued.

Pauly DJs at The Palms and is excited to see more of her when she rolls into town for her Las Vegas residency.

“[I haven't hung out with her] since we’ve been on tour, but she’s moving to Vegas now…so we’ll probably be together a lot.”

“I have been playing [Britney’s] music my whole life, she now knows I exist,” he said. “I did her tour, she gave me the lap dance. That was the best day of my life. It was amazing.”

Brit’s trainer, Tony Martinez, tells BreatheHeavy.com exclusively:

“She is so tenacious and determined. She’s doing this for herself because she likes to be in shape, but she’s also doing this for her fans. She wants her fans to know ‘you know? I eat junk food once in awhile but at the same time I do it all in moderation. I eat well, and once in awhile I’ll have a cheap meal here and there.’ Tony says, “There’s nothing wrong with that.”

Amanda Bynes’ parents face an uphill battle seeking a conservatorship over their daughter who’s spiraling out of control, a legal restraint Britney’s parents sought after in 2008 that controls her legal, medical and financial affairs.

On Thursday, police booked Amanda for drug possession, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence after her doorman at her New York City apartment spotted her smoking a joint in the lobby. She tried to throw a bong out of the window which she claims in court Friday morning was a vase.

“Rick and Lynn have met with several lawyers that handle conservatorships in the past month, because they want to get a conservatorship of their daughter,” reports The Daily Mail. They have been advised that even as disturbing as Amanda’s behaviour is, it’s very unlikely that a judge would sign off on a temporary conservatorship.”

But her parents face an uphill battle if they want to place her in a conservatorship. Britney was a more likely candidate back in 2008 because of her reckless driving, a mom to two children, several rehab stints and two 5150 medical holds.

“Conservatorships are very hard to get, and being mentally ill and addicted to drugs isn’t enough. Amanda hasn’t ever been to rehab or ever agreed to see a mental health professional. Her parents are absolutely powerless to do anything at this point.”

“This latest arrest has broken their hearts and they are sick with worry, but there is nothing they can do under the law.”
